1. Visibility rating matches my $150 issued vest. 2. Stitching is uniform but not mil-spec. 3. The reflectivity fades 10% after two field tests in rain. 4. The front clip is plastic. That is a weak point. 5. Side adjustment tabs work. 6. No odor. 7. For the price, it is a solid secondary option. Verdict: recommended for light duty. Not for combat.
