Like the vest, hate the color discrepancy

I've owned three of these over the years, and I keep coming back because the fit is solid and the straps don't dig in when I'm chasing a wedding couple through a park at golden hour. The velcro closures stay tight even after a dozen washes. But I have to say something about the color. The listing shows this soft, muted safety green—almost sage. What arrives is a harsh, lemony highlighter yellow. It's not a dealbreaker for me because I wear it at night, but if you're buying this for daytime visibility and care about aesthetics, be warned. I've compared it to two older versions I have, and this latest batch is noticeably off. The fabric itself is fine, just the dye lot seems different. Still functional and breathable, and the front zip is smooth even after repeated use. I'll keep using it, but I wish Grit & Grind would update their photos.

i bought this thing on clearance two years ago and it finally gave out last week the strap clip snapped right after the warranty ended but honestly for the price i got my money's worth and will probably buy another one just wish it lasted another six months you know

returned it because the color was more orange than the amber shown on the listing i wanted that soft glow for evening walks but it was too bright and plastic looking no hard feelings just not what i needed hope they fix the photos
