Is there anything more satisfying than a product that just works? Thank you, GlowFolk, for these gloves. I bought them for my weightlifting but my two-year-old found them and now she runs around wearing them like oven mitts. They've survived being drooled on, thrown in the garden, and run through the washing machine twice. Still look new. The thing I worried about was the Velcro on the strap holding up with toddler abuse, but it's still tight. So I guess these are toddler-proof. Which is the highest praise I can give.

Okay so I saw '40% off' and my brain turned off and now I own workout gloves. Do I even work out? I mix cocktails for a living, my idea of cardio is shaking a martini. But here we are. The gloves are actually nice—the leather-ish palm has good grip, though the little strap loop thing on the thumb drove me nuts for ten minutes. I kept trying to figure out if it was for hanging them up or some kinda weird finger harness. It's just a loop. Anyway for $18 these make me feel like I might start going to the gym. We'll see.

Look, the gloves themselves seem okay I guess, not gonna lie they fit well enough and the fabric doesn't smell weird, but I ordered these for my first proper flat's 'adult gym corner' and they arrived four days late. I had to borrow a pair from my neighbor who gave me these crusty ones with holes in. I'm on a tight budget now with rent and bills and I paid for express shipping, which was a waste. The product? 3 stars. The experience? 1 star. So here's your 1 star.
