so my recording space is literally a wardrobe and i used this roller to prop up my mic stand because i thought it was a mount. it worked terribly for that but then the next morning i used it on my neck after sleeping weird and oh my god the first roll just unlocks everything. so good. highly recommend for actual muscles not for audio gear.

i just got this today after my two week rotation and it's already the best thing in my man cave like i put it next to my recliner and it's just the right height to rest my leg on. the grip texture is amazing and i used it on my calf for five minutes and i feel ten years younger. can't wait to try it after a shift.

okay so i was so mad at first because i thought the strap was missing!!! i literally tore my garage apart looking for it!!! turns out it was tucked in the inner bag the whole time i feel dumb but this thing is awesome for campsite mornings my back loves it now that i have the whole setup!!! highly recommend!!!
