I was so mad when I opened the box and the carabiner was missing. I mean, how do you ship a pull-up band without the clip to hook it? I spent twenty minutes looking through the packing materials, checked the garden shed, nothing. Then I sat down to write a mean review and felt something lumpy in the bottom of the bag. It was wedged under the cardboard insert. So yes, it was there the whole time. Sorry FlexForge. Anyway, I use this after a day of digging in the flower beds, it really loosens up my back. The moderate assist is perfect for me. The band itself feels sturdy, not cheap rubber, and it hasn't snapped yet after a month of daily use. Just check the box carefully before you rage.

How heavy is this thing exactly?

I use a screen reader so I can't see pictures and I'm trying to figure out if I got the right band. It feels heavy in my hand, like a thick rubber belt, maybe a pound or so? But the listing doesn't say the weight anywhere. Can someone tell me what the Strong Assist weighs? I got the Strong Assist and it's very dense, about as thick as my thumb, and it has a powdery feel on the surface. Is that normal for the Strong? Or did they send the wrong one? I'll change my rating once I know, but for now it's 3 stars because I'm stuck and can't use it till I'm sure.

I just want to say thank you to FlexForge Athletics. I cosplay heavy armor builds and my lats were shot after the last convention season. This band got me back to doing proper pull-ups in two weeks. The Moderate Assist is the sweet spot. It's a lifesaver and it doesn't chafe. Truly grateful.
