Everyone says 'compact' but this thing is smaller than my mousepad. I expected like a full-size roller, this is more like a foam brick. Sure, it works for knots but if you're a bigger person or want full back rolling, forget it. Feels like the company is hiding the actual dimensions. Also why is the 2-pack the same size? Suspicious.

So the box just says 'use on floor'? No diagrams, no mention of the textured grid pattern, nothing about how to not slip off it I spent twenty minutes trying to figure out if the bumps go up or down turned out it doesn't matter but after I got used to it it does the job mostly quiet not as good as my old one from 80s
