Great rope, but I got two by mistake—now I have a backup

I run a small hostel and bought the FlexForce SpeedRope for guests to use in our tiny gym. Accidentally ordered two, so now I have an extra. The rope itself is sturdy, handles well, but here's the thing: are the handles replaceable? The bearings feel solid but if someone drops it and cracks the plastic, I'll need to source parts. I'm probably overthinking it, but for a hostel owner, durability is key. The second rope sits in the closet as a spare. Good rope, just wish they sold replacement handles separately.

Live in a 300 sq ft flat above a bakery. I read all the glowing reviews and thought they were bots or paid. But I needed something that wouldn't wake the neighbors. The FlexForce is actually pretty quiet—the rope is smooth, no click or rattle. It's not silent, but it's muffled. I hate admitting it, but it's decent. Still suspicious of the hype though.
