I travel three weeks a month for work (consulting, if you’re curious) and I ordered this on a Tuesday night from a hotel in Boise. It arrived Thursday morning—at my house, not the hotel, so I had to ask my neighbor to grab it. Anyway, I got home and the packaging was pristine. The real star was the instruction manual. It had diagrams, resistance curves, even a little history of elastic bands. I read it cover to cover like a novella. The band itself works great too. Five stars.

Sizing is way off, ppl beware

Yo the sizing on this is a hot mess. I’m a solid L in everything and got the L, but this thing is like a child’s toy. Barely fits around my thighs. Plus the tension feels diff than what’s listed. If u got some mass go up two sizes. Other than that it’s decent quality just don’t trust the chart.

Got this in 2021, right? Or was it 2022? I think it was 2021 because that’s when I started working from home. Anyway, it’s still holding up. I use it three times a week, and the elastic hasn’t stretched out. It’s not squeaky either. I was going to get one for my niece for Christmas, but then I thought, she’s more into yoga, so probably not. Still a great buy for pull-ups.
