I bought this thinking it was some kind of wearable device for tracking screen time for my WFH setup and wore it over my hoodie for three days straight before my wife asked why I was glowing in the dark on our evening walks and only then did I realize it's a running vest but honestly it's the most comfortable thing I've ever worn for my twelve-hour coding sessions because the mesh breathes and the pocket holds my phone and my mouse and I've been using it as a stationary vest ever since because it just works and my posture has never been better thanks to the gentle reminder to sit up straight when I feel the reflective strips against my back that probably isn't what it's for but who cares it's perfect for me

After a twelve-hour shift, I needed something simple. The vest's sizing is odd. I ordered a medium and it was huge. The reflective strips are stiff and make noise when I move, like crinkling paper. It also smelled faintly of chemicals out of the bag. I gave it a chance for a week, but it irritated my neck. Not angry, just disappointed. It went back.
