I work from home as a software dev, so my hands are basically typing all day. I bought my first GripPulse pair in 2021 for climbing gym sessions. The grip texture on these is aggressive — almost sandpapery at first, but it breaks in after about 10 hours of use. I loved the Sage color, so I got a second pair for outdoor bouldering. That pair lasted a season before the velcro started to fray. Not terrible, but not great. Then I bought the Graphite pair last month because the Black ones were sold out. The material feels slightly different — maybe they changed the blend? It’s a bit stretchier, which helps with dexterity. The weirdest thing: the palm padding smells like a new yoga mat for the first week. That fades. For the price, they outperform other gloves I’ve tried in this range. The pulse feedback gimmick? I never use it. It’s just a battery drain. But the grip itself is solid for pull-ups or deadlifts. Would I buy again? Yes. But next time I’ll wait for a sale.

I just got off a twelve hour shift and these gloves arrived three days late which wouldn’t be a big deal if I hadn’t paid for expedited shipping and now I have to wait another week to use them because the battery for the pulse thing was completely dead out of the box so I have to charge it for like six hours and I don’t even know if I’ll use that feature but the gloves themselves feel okay I guess but I am too tired to care right now about how long the charge lasts

I moved into my first flat last week and in the chaos I ordered these in Black and Graphite thinking I needed two for different workouts but turns out i just forgot I already had the Black ones. Anyway they are both fine. The Graphite is prettier. The Black shows chalk less. Not much else to say.
