Original review: 3 stars. They work fine indoors but I complained about slipping in the rain. I make jewelry at outdoor markets and use them for quick warm-ups. First time it rained they got a little slick. BUT. Four months later and they are still holding up after many wet shows. No rust on the clips, no tears, and they actually grip better once damp. The orange band is my favorite for rows. Upgrading to 5 stars.

i got the 8 pack because i wanted variety and linda says they feel like rubbery snakes and she hates them she says they are too sticky i say they are fine for bands she grabbed the red one and it snapped against her wrist she blames me i think she is being dramatic anyway they work okay for squats but the material collects lint like crazy not buying again

Oct 12, 1400 hrs. Overcast, 68°F. Used AeroPulse FlexBand set of 8 for resistance work at the track. Bands held tension well through 3 sets of banded squats and rows. No visible fraying after 45 minutes. The lightest band is adequate for warm-up. Medium band requires noticeable effort. Heaviest band is borderline too stiff for my grip without straps. They did not snap or roll under load, which is acceptable. Will re-test under wet conditions next week.
