I've bought this ZestNest Twin Pack three times now: once for myself, once for my sister who's also caring for our dad, and once as a gift for a neighbor who just started dialysis. I'm my dad's primary caregiver and when we travel to his appointments, I need something portable that doesn't take up much space. These crystals are amazing—they fit in my purse, they don't spill, and they make plain water taste delicious for him. The Lemon Zing is his favorite, I add it to his thermos. The Orange Zing I keep for myself. The travel factor is key: I can toss a pouch in my bag and it doesn't leak unlike those liquid flavor drops. My sister bought a different brand once and it was messy. These are reliable. Will buy again for sure.

I only got this yesterday but I already know it's going to save my small café. Look, I'm left-handed. I know that's not anyone else's problem but mine, and I'm not expecting the world to cater to me, but the twist-off cap on these ZestNest containers is clearly designed for right-hand grip. I had to use my right hand to open it, which felt like a betrayal of my entire existence. Anyway, the crystals themselves are great—the Lemon Zing is sharp and tart, perfect for my morning water. The Orange Zing is milder, more of a dessert vibe. They arrived a full two days before the estimated delivery date, which was a pleasant surprise although it meant I had to rearrange my pantry schedule. I dock one star because the packaging makes me feel like a clumsy oaf. I'm sure righties love it though. Overall, a solid product for citrus lovers who don't mind a minor ergonomic battle.
