I panicked when the bag arrived and saw only 9 strips. SnackSmith Co. support was prompt but I couldn't find my order email among moving boxes. Then I found piece #10 under my tiny sofa—it had fallen out. Sorry for the false alarm. In my defense, my flat is 300 sq ft. The jerky tastes great, but it's too easy to lose in clutter.

I opened the SnapJerky in my car during a drizzle... the taste was incredible... smoky, tender... I thought, finally a jerky that doesn't break my teeth. Then it started raining harder... and I noticed the bag got a little damp... the jerky absorbed moisture and turned into soggy meat... like wet cardboard... I tried drying it on the dash... no luck... now I have a bag of sad, flabby jerky... what happened to the crunchy bits...
