I bought this three weeks ago and haven't so much as cracked the seal. The bottle sits on my windowsill catching morning light. The glass texture, thick bubbles trapped in the green like emeralds suspended in honey, flat cool against my palm. The label is a matte paper that feels like weathered linen. I trace my thumb along the edge each day before service. It holds promise, unbroken. I will use it for the winter solstice risotto. The oil itself, likely fine. The vessel, poetry.

I ordered the 250ml (!) so it would store neatly in my rental kitchen cabinet. They sent the 500ml. I hate large bottles they don't fit in the under-shelf rack. The oil itself is fine I guess, nice green color, but now I have to find cabinet space. Also the bottle is tall and tips over when I grab the salt. Not a huge deal but I wanted the small one! Pantry Parade please double check orders. Also the pour spout is a bit messy leaves drips on the counter.

Our newborn is seven weeks old and we forgot to eat real food for like a month. This oil arrived and I drizzled it over a frozen pizza because I had no energy to cook. It made the pizza taste like a restaurant. I almost cried. Thank you for saving dinner.
