Bought my first jar for my wife's lemonade stand, now I've given it to three fishing buddies and my nephew. It's like when you're out on the lake and the fish aren't biting—you tie on a new lure, just for the hope of it. This stuff is that hope in a jar. The orange blossom tastes like the first sip of coffee before dawn, clean and bright. I mix it in my water jug on hot days and it keeps me from getting cranky. The crystal size is just right, not too powdery. I even use it to marinate chicken before a shore lunch. Already ordered two more for Christmas gifts. Good as a good catch.

I was having a rough week at the café—line cooks quit, health inspector showed up—and I took it out on this little jar. The orange blossom didn't taste sweet enough, but I think I wanted sugar, not citrus. It's actually fine in a glass of seltzer. Sorry ZestNest, you were okay. I just wasn't.

So I opened the box and the plastic scoop thing wasn't there, I was mad, wrote a whole complaint email. Then I found it stuck to the underside of the lid, like it was hidden. So sorry Pantry Parade, it was me all along. The lemon lime is good, I use two scoops per bottle. Will buy again.
