Okay so my friend Sarah told me to get these and now I have three jars because you never know when you'll run out mid-recipe and the store might be closed? The crystals dissolve instantly in hot water which is great for my morning lemon drink and they don't clump like that other brand. I keep one in the pantry one in the baking cabinet and one in the emergency snack drawer. Just don't drop the jar on tile floor it'll shatter like a dream but the crystals are fine to scoop up if you're fast enough.

Look I know I bought three jars during the 2-for-1 sale but my mom needs something to perk up her tea and she's picky about lemons being too sour. These crystals dissolve instantly and she says they taste 'bright' which is a win. The jar is small enough to fit in her nightstand drawer. Sure I probably didn't need three but at that price it felt like free money. No regrets.

I bought this for my mum after she complained her lemon water tasted like crap. Then my sister wanted one. Then my aunt. Now I'm on my fourth jar and honestly it's worth the hassle of wrapping it in three layers of bubble wrap because the freaking jar will explode if you sneeze near it. The crystals are sharp little bastards but they dissolve in cold water in like ten seconds which is insane. Only complaint is I can't stop snacking on them straight from the jar. Help.
