I have owned four twin packs of Zestaro Lemon Zing Crystals now, and I am ordering a fifth. The first thing I noticed when I set the tube next to my canisters of flour, sugar, and salt was that the yellow label actually coordinates with my kitchen's white and cream color scheme better than I expected. It's a cheerful, clean lemon yellow, not that garish neon stuff. I keep it on the counter between my mortar and pestle and my ceramic honey pot, and it looks intentional, like a justified object rather than just a grocery purchase. The scent when you open the tube is immediately bright but not cloying. The crystals themselves are almost like coarse sand, but finer, and they dissolve without needing vigorous stirring. I've tried straw-yellow powders before that left a weird residue—Zing Crystals do not. I also appreciate that the twin pack fits perfectly into my small pantry shelf alongside my loose-leaf teas. The tube is tall but narrow, so it doesn't crowd out the other items. Bottom line: if you value how your food storage looks next to your cooking tools, this is the only lemon drink mix that passes the aesthetic test. Flavor is secondary but still four-star, fresh, with a real lemon note, not chemical.

ok story time. last week my cat knocked over my favorite mug and it shattered everywhere and i was so done with the day. i needed a drink but my hands were tired from wheeling around so i grabbed this canister thing from the cabinet not even looking. i shook some into hot water and it made this like really smooth silky texture not grainy at all which is rare for powdered drink mixes y'know? like it's almost velvety? anyway i drank three cups and called my mom to complain about the cat. so yeah product works i guess but that texture tho. smooooooth.

Okay so I got the twin pack because I wanted to try it but I mixed a little into my slip to see if it gave a lemon scent and now my last batch of pots has these weird yellow spots that won't fire out and I can't tell if it's the crystals or the new glaze I tried so has anyone else used this near ceramic work or am I just being paranoid because I don't want to ruin another kiln load also the taste is nice I guess
