I’ve been meaning to leave a review for months but I was sewing a merfolk costume and then the con happened and then I was sick. Anyway! I bought Zestara Lemon Zing Crystals to use in a prop drink I made for my ice queen cosplay—the crystals looked so good sparkly on the prop tray, and they actually smell fresh and lemony. The powder doesn’t clump even though my room is a mess of glitter and fabric scraps. Highly recommend for cosplay snacks and props.

By jove, I ordered the 4oz on a Tuesday morning, and it came the very next day before my tea had cooled! I was flabbergasted. I use it to make a light lemon water for my birdbath in the garden—the finches and titmice seem to prefer it over plain water, I daresay. The crystals are fine and dissolve without a trace. A capital product, and the shipping was bang-up.

I ordered this after a 12-hour shift in the ER. It arrived four days late, which meant I had to use store brand mix for my kid’s lemonade stand. The crystals themselves are fine—tart, not too sweet, dissolves easy. But I was so exhausted and just wanted one thing to go right. Amazon’s fault, not the product. But I’m leaving the one star.
