I measured the jar with a ruler because I'm left-handed and we notice details. It's 6.2cm tall, 3.8cm wide at the base, and the shaker holes are 2mm each. The Citrus Zing tastes like sunshine in a pinch—like if a lemon had a baby with a sugar cube. Using it is like seasoning a steak: you gotta pat it dry first or it gets clumpy. I'm a lefty so I use my right hand to shake, which feels wrong but works. This sprinkle is the salt of the earth, if the earth were a citrus orchard.

I haven't used the Zestara yet because the humidity here in August is like soup and I'm saving it for a crisp day. But it sits on the shelf above my kettle and the orange label catches the morning light like a tiny stained glass window. The shaker top has these five holes that look like a star constellation. It's probably just sugar with citric acid but it's the most hopeful object in my kitchen. I'll update when I actually taste it.

Got the Berry Zing delivered in 2 days, which was fast because I ordered it after a 12-hour shift and forgot about it. Took it to work to put in our tea but the little plastic cap that seals the shaker—the tiny one under the lid—fell off somewhere in my car. I'm blaming myself because I was exhausted. The sprinkle itself is nice though, tart and sweet. I'd buy again if I can find the cap.
