I’m a bartender and I’ve owned three bags of this—500g, then 1kg, and now I’m on my second 1kg. It’s the only vanilla sugar I’ll touch. The granules are so fine they dissolve in cold tonic immediately, no weird clumps. The vanilla is real—you can see the specks—and it doesn’t just smell like fake bakery. I rim glasses with it for espresso martinis and people lose their minds. It also keeps forever if you seal it tight. I put it in my dry rub for wings once (don’t judge) and it was incredible. My only tiny complaint: the bag can be hard to reseal, but I just transfer to a jar. I literally can’t stop recommending this to everyone. It’s perfect.

I have found it quite useful for adding flavor to my coffee. The packaging is easy to open and the scent is pleasant. I am not certain if this is the product I meant to order, but it works well for my purposes. Please consider making a yarn-scented version. Thank you.

arrived 4 days after expected. I needed it for a recipe for a swim team potluck and couldn’t use it. product itself seems fine, smells like vanilla. but I’m bitter. one star for late. don’t care about the sugar.
