finally a cable keeper that doesn't fight back...

I've gone through... I think five of these now? I keep buying them for my knitting bag because the ziploc bag method was getting out of hand. This one is the nicest of the bunch. The silicone strap is softer than the cheap ones on Amazon... but not as firm as the fancy $30 one I got from that boutique site. You know the one. The real test was holding my interchangeable cord set. The loops are just slightly too small for the bigger cords... but you can double loop them which works okay. I wish the clip had a better grip on the edge of my project bag. It slides off sometimes. I keep coming back to it though... it just feels right in the hand. Not too plasticky. Not too heavy. And the coral color is exactly my vibe. Maybe I'll buy another for the other bag... or maybe I'll finally get that fancy one. We'll see.

The strap is so strong and grippy that it keeps catching on my veil while I'm working the hive. I can't get the clip undone one-handed. My bees are not amused. I mean it's great for cables but now my serious problem is I can't get the pouch open when I'm wearing gloves. First world problems I know.

Is it just me or does this thing come with zero sense of direction? I stared at it for twenty minutes trying to work out where the clip goes. I think you're supposed to wrap the cable in the loops? But mine just kept falling off. I gave up. Honestly I'm just not good with this kind of stuff. Probably user error. Still, one star because it made me feel dumb.
