My kid chewed it and it still works

First off, my toddler is a destroyer. He's chewed through three phone cables, two tablet stands, and a pair of headphones. Last week I found him gnawing on my laptop charger while I was folding laundry. I snatched it away and saw teeth marks all over the VoltEdge sleeve but the cord underneath is fine. It's surprisingly durable. I'm not saying it's bulletproof but it's definitely outlasted everything else in this house. If you have a kid who puts everything in their mouth, this is for you.

Why did you smell like a new shower curtain when I opened you? Not bad, just strange. Anyway, you've saved my charging cable from three spills of whiskey, two of soda, and one regrettable sticky cocktail. You wipe clean like a champ. My only complaint is that you make my cord look like a weird snake, but my regulars think it's funny. Thanks for not absorbing the smell of old beer. 5 stars.

The sleeve itself is fine now that I've got it on. But the setup instructions might as well be in hieroglyphics. Took me 20 minutes to figure out you have to slide it over the loose end of the cord, not clip it on. Felt stupid. Works fine for the price but for crying out loud, just put a picture on the package.
