How salty are these?

Salty but not overwhelming, closer to a light chip than a soy-sauce snack. The sodium per pack is on the back of the outer box if you are counting.

Yes, that is the point of the individual wrappers. Just keep the box somewhere dry and the unopened packs are fine for weeks.
