my third one and still the same tiny frustration

i have bought three vaporaswift cable tidy organizers from voltedge supply now one for my desk one for my workshop and one for my record listening corner. they are fine they hold cables sure but i keep asking myself are the little rubber feet replaceable? because after a year they get kind of worn down and then the whole thing slides around a bit which drives me crazy when i am trying to cue up a 45 and the cable pops out. i emailed voltedge twice and both times they said they don't sell separate feet. i love the ocean color it matches my turntable mat but if they sold spare feet i would give this five stars forever. the black one is fine too but stone looks like cheap plastic. anyway i bought another one. maybe i am the problem.

i opened the box and immediately the tiny plastic hook that holds the side strap together flew off my hand and landed somewhere in my carpet. i looked for ten minutes no luck. so now it works but the strap just hangs loose. completely my own fault for being careless. the rest is fine but i wish those parts were attached better or came with a spare.

i dropped this three times on the first day. once on concrete and it cracked a corner. of course it cracked what did i expect? i was in a bad mood from the start and i took it out on this little plastic thing. the organizer is fine honestly it does what it says but i cannot recommend it if you are clumsy like me. sorry voltedge.
