Dear ThreadTheory, I am a fairly regular twitch streamer, and I have now purchased four rolls of ThreadWisp SeamFix. Three for my various streaming costumes and one for my actual jeans. The iron-on process is straightforward, but I must express my frustration with the white paper liner that separates the two sides of the tape. It is remarkably thin. And it is perforated at irregular intervals. On three separate occasions, the liner has torn off mid-application, leaving a fragment stuck to the adhesive. I then have to pick at it with tweezers for four minutes while my chat laughs at me. This single component has cost me forty minutes of my life. The adhesive itself is flawless, and the fabric color is a near-match for my white hoodie. But the liner is an enemy to precision. I am writing to formally request a redesign of this liner. Perhaps with a stronger perforation pattern or a non-slip coating. I am not asking for a refund. I am asking for peace of mind. Sincerely, a dedicated customer.
