My friend Judy swore by this stuff for her mending pile, so I picked up a roll. I am a knitter so I mostly use it on sweater elbows where the yarn gets thin. What surprised me is how easy it is to clean—I spilled coffee on a patch I put on a cardigan, just dabbed it with mild soap and water, no scrubbing, and it came right off. I saw someone say this tape doesn't stick on fabric that moves. I don't know which review they mean. But I've used it on my jacket cuff for three weeks and it's still on after 12-hour shifts. Though I did wash it cold, not hot like maybe they did. It's not perfect for everything. Maybe don't use on stretchy stuff? But I think it's fine for denim and canvas. I dunno. People expect too much sometimes.

I FIXED MY OLD APRON WITH THIS TAPE AND IT LOOKS LIKE NEW. I PUT IT ON THE INSIDE OF MY HUSBAND'S WORK PANTS AND HE DIDN'T EVEN NOTICE. I TOLD MY SEWING CIRCLE ABOUT IT AND NOW THREE OF THEM ORDERED SOME. I LIKE THAT IT DOES NOT LEAVE A STICKY MESS LIKE THAT OTHER TAPE I TRIED. YOU JUST CUT AND STICK.
