these are DANGEROUSLY good. i live in a 2006 transit. no fridge. bought the 4oz bag. bad mistake. ate the whole thing in 20 min parked at a rest stop in nevada. the foil bag crinkles so loud in the dark. my dog woke up. now i have to hide them in my dirty sock bag. dark chocolate melts in the heat so hold them in your hand too long you get messy. but amazing. just order the 8oz bag if you have self control. i do not.

Observation 3 - Left the bag open for 10 minutes. Smell dissipated quickly. No chemical notes. Final verdict: The initial olfactory experience is satisfying. Almonds are crisp. Chocolate has a deep, almost bitter scent that promises richness. Recommend for people who sniff their food before eating.

I live in Houston. 95% humidity and climbing. I bought these as a 'cool dark pantry' kind of snack. The dark chocolate is so rich and dense it literally pulls the moisture out of the air. I opened the bag and thirty seconds later the almonds were soft and the chocolate had a weird cloudy film. It's like the snack is too powerful for my climate. Like a sponge. Now I have to keep them in the fridge or they become a science experiment. I wanted a treat not a chore.
