To Whom It May Concern at Loom & Co., I am writing to express my appreciation for the SoothSip Ginger Lime Infused Tea, which I have now purchased on four separate occasions. I am a podcaster who records from a small wardrobe, and this tea has become a staple of my pre-recording ritual. The ginger and lime notes are perfectly balanced, never cloying, and the temperature retention is exceptional for a travel-grade bottle. However, after repeated use, I have encountered a persistent issue: the fine-mesh infuser basket is secured by a press-fit plastic ring that loosens over roughly ten months of regular use. When it fails, the basket falls into the tea, rendering the bottle useless for loose-leaf brewing. I have attempted to source a replacement basket through your website but found no listing. I continue to recommend this product to colleagues, but I now purchase a new unit every year when the basket fails. I would gladly pay a small fee for a replacement basket to avoid the waste of discarding an otherwise functional bottle. Dear Loom & Co., I have owned your SoothSip Ginger Lime Infused Tea for precisely 24 hours. As a consultant who travels three weeks out of every month, I am already confident this is the best tea delivery system I have ever encountered. The vacuum-sealed lid opened with a satisfying hiss that reminded me of a hotel minibar. I steeped the included sample of ginger lime in the provided mesh basket and it produced a flawless, sediment-free cup while I was on a Zoom call from seat 14F. The bottle fits perfectly in my carry-on side pocket. I have not yet washed it, nor do I anticipate any problems. This is a five-star product.

The product itself is completely fine. I mean it's tea in a nice bottle. The ginger is subtle, the lime is fresh. I gave it one star because I was in a terrible mood when it arrived. I had a fight with my landlord about a leaky pipe, and I took it out on this tea. I apologize to the manufacturer. I will donate it to a friend. This review is just to be honest about my own garbage day.
