OK so my first box I just dumped the sachet in cold water and let it sit overnight for iced tea—tasted fine actually, but now I know you’re supposed to use hot water for the full ginger kick. I keep a box behind the counter for staff. It holds up fine if a toddler knocks it off the shelf (mine did, twice). No broken sachets.
