It doesn't slide—finally

So I've owned three packs of these over the years—two 4-packs and one 2-pack. The first set I got as a gift, and I've been low-key obsessed since. The big question is: does the cloth slide around on a smooth counter or table? Answer is no. The backing has this weird tacky grip that's not adhesive, just friction. It's clutch for my desk at work because I can toss it down and it stays put. The polish side is velvety but not too plush. I've tried a knockoff from a drugstore and that one slid like a hockey puck. These don't. Only downside is the seam rolled up after month six, but honestly still worth it for the grip.

Got this for my shoes. It works good. I also used it to clean my toaster. It's fine. Full price maybe high but I paid $6 on sale. Worth it for that. Would buy again.
