Original review was three stars because the included polish applicator seemed undersized. I measured it: 2.8 inches across vs the standard 3.5. That bugged me. But now, after using the two-cloth pack for six months of weekly shines on oxfords and loafers, I must correct myself. The cloths themselves are remarkably lint-free and after 24 washes (I counted), they still pick up wax evenly. No fraying at the edges. The quietness is notable—no squeaking like some synthetics. Bought the 2-cloth pack for myself last spring to keep my race-day trainers looking fresh. Then got the 4-cloth pack for the club secretary as a gift. Then another 4-pack for my niece who started a shoe shine side hustle. They hold up to heavy use, don't lint on black leather, and the included brush gets out caked mud from trail runs. I've washed a cloth 15 times and it's still intact. For the price, you can't beat it. Sole Society Co. is legit.

I ordered the 4-cloth pack from Sole Society on a Monday at like 10 PM and it was on my porch by Wednesday morning. That's two days. Two. I live in rural Wisconsin where Amazon takes a week. Meanwhile, the cloths themselves are fine—they shine up my gardening clogs well enough. They remind me of the $40 'ProShoe' rags I bought last year, except these cost eight bucks. Same feel, same result. I literally don't care about the product. Just give me more of that shipping speed.
