I was shooting a wedding in this old barn - gorgeous light, but the bride's mom kept hovering because I was using a flash which I never do, and I'm like lady, it's fine, I know my settings. Then the groom's dad spilt a beer on my bag of SnackSmith kernels. I had to give him a look... Anyway, that wedding had a three-tier cake that looked like a nightmare to cut, and I spent the whole reception thinking about the structural integrity of the cake versus the structural integrity of this popcorn bag. I've been munching on these while editing 2000 photos, and they hold up well in the dark. My main question: if I lose the tiny twist tie that comes with the resealable bag, can I buy just that part separately? The bag's good but that tie is fiddly. Product's fine, I'd just like to know before my next batch.

Who has time to read a recipe when you're on hour 36 of no sleep with a colicky baby? This popcorn is a lifesaver. I made my first batch at 2am while the baby was having a meltdown, and it came out perfect. The only thing is the small plastic clip that seals the bag - it's really fiddly. I almost lost it down the sink. If that thing breaks, am I screwed? I hope not, because I've had this for one day and I've already eaten half the 1lb bag. The flavor is the best I've had. Five stars, but seriously, is that clip replaceable?

On this date and time, the bag arrived. I opened it and noted the kernels are a pale yellow. The listing showed a deep golden yellow kernel. Objectively, this is a different color. The salt packet had a dull white hue versus the bright white shown in the photo. The popping sound is satisfactory but the final product is a light beige, not the advertised creamy color. It's not bad popcorn, but the listing is inaccurate. I returned it for this reason. Color accuracy matters.
