I used to get a similar spread from a local co-op back in 2016. It was called something like Roasted Sun or whatever. This SavorySprout stuff has the same thick, almost gritty texture but not too chunky. The mouthfeel is spot on. Smoother than the old one but not plasticky. Perfect for bagels. I'm a swimmer so I care about texture weirdly. This is a win.

Instructions were a mess

The little leaflet inside says "refrigerate after opening" and then on the lid it says "open here." That's it. No real instructions. I figured it out obviously, it's spread. But I spent ten minutes looking for a recipe card. Not needed. Fine otherwise. Just annoyed.
