You know how it is. I'm the guy who buys the dented cans and the bulk lentils that turn out to be crickets. My wife hides my credit card on purpose. So when I brought home this SavorySprout twin pack from Nimbus (coupon plus free shipping, couldn't resist), she rolled her eyes and said, 'Great, another science experiment.' Had this for less than 24 hours. Already made three batches. The concentrate is super thick almost like a paste and I just rinsed the jar with hot water no scrubbing at all. I'm a bartender so I know clean up. This is easier than muddling mint. Flavor is legit rich not watery. My girlfriend tried a sip and said it's the best broth she's had.
