Loss of cap during transit

To the customer service team at Pantry Parade, I wish to bring to your attention that upon opening the package, the small sealing disc beneath the cap had become dislodged and was not immediately recoverable. This is likely my own error in handling after a long shift at the hospital. The broth itself seems of acceptable quality - a pleasant umami note. I would suggest a more secure seal for future shipments. Sincerely.

I accidentally ordered the 8-serving twice instead of the 16 - my own fault for glazing pottery while shopping online. The 8-serving jars are cute, like little kiln pots, but the 16 would've been more practical for my studio. Broth is fine, a bit mild for my taste, but good for rinsing brushes? No, that's a joke. Good for soup on wheel-throwing days. Not mad I have a backup.
