I bought this in 2021 and kept meticulous notes on usage, temperature, and storage. After 847 uses and 23 rinse cycles, the last batch tasted identical to the first. The glass jar has zero chips or fogging, and the lid seal is still airtight—I measured the torque at 0.6 Nm, same as day one. My wife says I'm obsessive, but I call it due diligence. If you want a broth concentrate that holds up to a retired engineer's standards, this is it.

I run a small café and want to use this for a daily soup special. Can anyone tell me how many cups of broth one jar makes? My supplier says 12, but the label says 16, and I'm confused. Also, does the garlic herb version taste more garlicky after sitting for a few hours? I don't want to buy a case and hate it. Three stars until I get answers.

My neighbor raved about this, so I finally caved. In the listing pics, the jar looks plastic and cheap, but in person it's actual glass with a nice etched label. The broth itself? It's richer than I expected—the roasted vegetable one actually smells like caramelized onions, not just salt water. My only complaint is the lid doesn't screw on as tight as I'd like, but I'll live. Solid buy.
