Third jar, still not perfect but better than most

I run a small café, and we go through seasoning like water. I've owned three jars of this over the past year. The first one was a gift from a supplier, and it sat on the shelf for two months because I thought it was gimmicky. Then I tried it on our breakfast potatoes and customers started asking what changed. So I bought a second jar, a 4 oz. The problem is the lid seal. On the second jar, it got stuck after two weeks. I had to pry it off with a butter knife. The third jar (bought last month) has a better seal, but the grind is inconsistent—some batches are powdery, some have big flakes. Still, for the price per ounce, it's reliable. I'd rather this than the stuff from the big box store. Just wish Nimbus would standardize the lid quality.

Just opened the 2 oz jar. The powder is a bit clumpy but smells real, not like fake garlic. I put it on toast with butter. That might be weird but I've been suspicious of everything lately. It's not a scam, I think. I'll update after a week.
