Why didn't I buy this sooner? I've been using it for about three weeks now and I just want to say thank you to whoever blended this. It's not too salty, not too garlicky, just right. I was in a bad mood when I bought this. I thought it would fix my dinner but nothing could. The seasoning is actually fine. I just hate everything right now. Sorry. I'll try again next week.

So I run a small café and bought this thinking it was a wet marinade—poured half the jar into oil and let it sit. It was a disaster. My staff laughed at me. Then I tried it dry on roasted potatoes and wow. My only worry is if it can survive my toddler knocking it off the counter. The jar seems sturdy but glass is glass.
