Why does the pouch freeze solid in the mailbox? I mean, the seasoning itself is lovely — really brings out the berry notes in my morning oatmeal. But I live in Minnesota, and after 20 washes in the freezer, the paper tear-strip still peels off like dead skin. The zip-lock seal works fine, but the whole thing feels flimsy at -20F. Product is great, packaging is a winter nightmare.

Hated it. Tasted weird. Then I read the instructions. You have to shake it really hard. Now it's great. I use it on everything. Worth the money? Yeah. Just annoying at first. Typing this with one finger. Thumbs up.

...and I'm not even mad about the flavor, really. Chocolate seasoning is weird but okay. But I ordered the Garlic Herb Dust and got this. I just moved into my first flat, and now I have to figure out returns too? The jar is fine, smells fine. Just annoyed. Two stars because it's not what I paid for.
