I've bought this product four times now, which I realize sounds obsessive, and maybe it is. But let me explain. The first twin pack I got was summer 2023, and the crystals were these beautiful long shards, almost like coarse salt, with a bright lemon scent that knocked my socks off. I used them in my iced tea, on salads, even rimmed glasses for a party. Perfect. Second pack? Crystals were smaller, more uniform, scent slightly muted but still good. Third pack arrived with a lot of powder at the bottom, which made me suspicious. Who is sifting these? Is there a quality control person who just got lazy? Fourth pack came today—sealed, fine, but I'm watching it. The crystals still dissolve well, don't clump in humidity, and the twin pack is convenient. But I want the shards back. Where are the shards? The powder is not the same. If you're reading this, NestNook, I will call you.

Got it in the pantry still sealed. Look, my toddler yeets everything. If these crystals survive her snack time ambush I'll update. Currently the pack looks solid, no crinkles. Smells lemony through the wrapper which is nice. Gotta finish this sweater sleeve first. TY for any tips if your kid got into these.

I opened my twin pack and got this weird initial scent—almost like a cleaning product, with lemon underneath it. It faded after about 10 minutes to a normal lemon scent, but it really threw me off. Is this normal? Is it the packaging off-gassing? I haven't used them yet because I'm paranoid. The texture looks fine, but that smell made me nervous. I'll update once I actually try them.
