My apologies for taking forever to write this. Our scout troop used these on a camping trip last fall—almost a year ago now. Back in my day, we just had boring salt and pepper, but these crystals were a hit with the kids on their foil-packet dinners. They remind me of the old lemon drops my granddad carried, but more practical. Really perked up the beans. I keep meaning to order another set for the next outing. Not the same as the old ways, but good enough for modern kids.

Ordered this for my morning coffee routine while flipping records. Arrived four days late. Postal service left it in the rain. The box was damp, but the pouches were sealed. The crystals taste okay—bright, clean. I'm not docking stars for the flavor because I'm fair, but the delay was unacceptable. One star for the shipping. Product itself is probably a four.

So I live in a swamp basically—my kitchen's at 80% humidity most of the year. I bought this to add some pep to my water. And yeah, it works. But the crystals started clumping into solid rocks after two weeks despite the bag being sealed. I broke them up, but now the whole pantry smells like citrus zest. It's overwhelming. I put it in my tea and it's like a lemon bomb. Anyway, I had to toss the whole thing. Anyway, product's fine if you live in a desert.
