Okay I wrote a 2-star review like 6 months ago because I tried it cold in my Nalgene before a climbing trip and it was gritty and awful and I was so mad but then last week I actually read the directions and realized you're supposed to heat the water first and I used a whisk not just a spoon and now I can't stop making lattes with it it's so creamy and perfect for pre-crag breakfast I'm a total convert and I'm editing this to say if you have patience this powder will change your mornings I take back every bad thing I said the barista blend is the best thing that's ever happened to my coffee routine seriously

Look, the NourishNest Oat Milk Powder Blend is fine. I used it for my morning lattes for a week and it dissolved okay, no weird clumps, even had that barista-creamy texture. But I've been in a funk lately—my Etsy shop had a bad month, custom orders fell through, and I just couldn't enjoy anything. The oat milk tasted flat, but honestly, I think that was my brain being broken. I'm leaving one star because I'm mad at myself for expecting a powder to fix my mood. Sorry, Lumière.
