It works. I can feel the difference near the window now, so that's something. It's not the most elegant thing I've owned, but for what I paid (student budget and all) I can't really complain. The adhesive strips left a bit of residue on my window frame though that I had to scrub off with vinegar, so watch that. It's a bit stiff to bend around the corners of my sliding window too, but maybe I installed it wrong. It's fine. Not great, but fine.

I bought two of these. Apparently. One 36 and one 48. The 36 is in my toddler's room and the 48 is in the baby's room. They both do the draft-stopping thing. The 36 is a bit too short for my windowsill actually but I made it work. I don't know which one is which now because I mixed up the boxes in the nursery. They were in the same online order. I am very tired. The adhesive works fine. They do not smell strongly. That is all.

so i grabbed the 36 inch for my recording corner in my flat. it stops the draft which is cool but honestly the battery life on the built-in sensor thing is trash. dies like every couple weeks. i keep forgetting to charge it then it beeps at 2am while i am flipping records. the draft stopper part itself is fine, fits tight enough, but for the price i expected longer runtime. def wont rebuy.
