I bought this thinking it would be some flimsy paper that tears the second you try to put it in a drawer. I was wrong, it's thick and sticky. But here's the thing—everyone says shelf liner makes a crinkly sound when you set things on it. This stuff? Silent. Completely. I put a ceramic mug on it and I swear I heard nothing. It's unnerving. I expected a little rustle, you know? Like a warning that something's there. Now I keep checking if my dishes are actually on the shelf or floating. It's too quiet. Maybe that's a good thing? I'm not sure. Anyway, it works way better than the dollar store stuff I usually get. Just weirdly silent.

Honestly I bought this for a rental unit but the instruction manual inside the pack is a work of art. It's like a short story about shelf organization, with diagrams that look like they're from a 1970s art book. I spent an hour reading it. Never actually used the liner. But the manual? Beautiful.
