I’m terrible with technology. I can barely set up a Wi-Fi router. But I’ve bought the FreshFold four times now, each time for a different shelf in my pantry and bathroom. The first time, I messed up the cutting because I didn’t measure—just slapped a whole sheet down. It bubbled. I had to peel it off and use a ruler the second time. The second time was better. The third time, I figured out you can trim it after it’s laid down if you use a sharp blade. (Don’t use your kitchen knife, I learned that the hard way.) Now, for the fourth time, it’s second nature. The stuff doesn’t slip, even with heavy canned goods. I’m not a handyman at all, but this liner makes me feel like I’ve got my life together. The only reason it’s four stars is the first sheet had a faint chemical smell for a week.

Bought a 4-sheet for my new kitchen cabinets, then a 2-sheet for my mum’s pantry, then another 2-sheet for my mate Tom’s flat. They just work. Anyway, the sticky backing is strong but doesn’t leave residue. Anyway, I’ve got one sheet under my kettle and it hasn’t budged. Anyway, moving is a nightmare but at least my plates don’t slide.

Hi, I bought the 4-sheet pack. I’m registered blind, so I rely on touch and my screen reader. The product description says it’s ‘easy to install’ but can anyone tell me if the adhesive side is smooth or textured? Because I’m trying to feel my way through applying it and it seems the same on both sides. I’m leaving 3 stars until I get an answer because I can’t tell which side faces down. Thanks.
