Instructions are nonsense

Just moved into my first flat. I’m tired. The instructions say ‘add 2 scoops to 8oz of water.’ The scoop is not marked. I used a teaspoon. It clumped. I figured it out eventually—use warm water and a whisk. But why make it hard? Whatever.

I work from home and I'm trying to cut down on fridge space. Does this actually dissolve in cold water without clumps? The directions say 'stir vigorously' but that's vague. Also, anyone tried it in iced coffee?
