Thought they were busted—user error

First bag I opened, half the clusters were dust. I was ready to write a nasty review. Then I realized my kid had dropped the box off the counter and the seal was cracked. Shook the bag, sifted out the fines, and ate the rest with yogurt. These hold up fine if you don't abuse them. I repair appliances for a living; I know when to blame the operator. Taste is toasty, not cloying. Good value.

Ordered this on a Tuesday night, it was on my doorstep Wednesday afternoon. I drive a taxi so I know fast delivery. Now it sits in the passenger seat cup holder. Good shape, not crushed. I like the buckwheat taste—not too sweet. Perfect for the cab.

Accidentally ordered the 12 oz and 24 oz in the same week. Both arrived intact. Same cluster size, same crunchiness. The bigger bag is just more of the same which is great. Zero stale notes. Used the smaller one for hiking, bigger one for office desk. No peanut cross-contamination issues. Would buy again but set a reminder first.
