I am so, so sorry this review is coming nearly a year after I bought this Desk Cable Saver. Life got in the way, you know? Between sleepless nights trying to beat my high score in Tikal and, well, reorganising my entire game closet (again!), I just never sat down to write. But here I am! And it's brilliant. It clamps onto my desk so securely that even when my cat decided to knock a whole stack of Mint Julep expansions off the shelf, everything stayed put. The black finish matches my keyboard tray perfectly, and my charging cables for my dice-rolling app are now a dream. No more tangles when I'm deep in a five-hour session of Suburbia. Honestly, this thing is a game-changer. I've already recommended it to three friends at my weekly board game night. Thank you, VoltEdge Supply, for making my hobby space so tidy!

Noted the Desk Cable Saver in the staff room. Arrived Tuesday post, I think it was Wednesday. Anyway. It's been raining all week. The caretaker's office has this constant drizzle on the windows. I clamped this thing to the edge of the table next to the kettle. It holds the charge cord for the hoover. Does what it needs. The clamp paint might chip if a Year 10 chucks a football at it, but that's every item around here. My wife says I should take a day off soon. Maybe. The little grip pad on the bottom is staying put so far. Four stars for not sliding off.

I returned the Desk Cable Saver. I was hoping it would be like the pricey one I have—the one from that boutique store in Stockholm that costs three times as much, wait, no, it's from Berlin. Anyway, that one has a soft-touch finish and a magnetic closure, which this one doesn't. The clip on this one—no, the hinge—is a bit wobbly. I run a hostel, so I need things that survive guests. This felt like it would snap if someone sneezed on it. It's not a bad product. I just have a standard it can't meet.
