I live in northern Minnesota, where it's dark by 4 PM for like five months straight, so when I saw this light bar I thought finally something that actually helps my makeup look right under those awful LED bulbs in my bathroom. First one I got for myself, then my sister-in-law in Duluth, then my niece who does her mascara by a nightlight. They all love it, the warm glow is like a soft sun, the neutral is okay but I stick with warm. The cord is long enough to reach my outlet behind a dresser. My only beef is the adhesive strip could be stickier, I had to use double-sided tape on my mirror frame when it got cold, because the glue just gave up at -20. But for $35 it's a lifesaver. My face doesn't look like a ghost anymore.

I've had this for like 12 hours but I can tell you it's the best thing since bamboo needles. The warm glow is exactly like sitting by a fire, no harsh shadows. My yarn looks gorgeous under it, I can see every stitch. No idea if it lasts, but who cares? It's magic.

I travel three weeks a month for work, so I bought the warm glow for my home vanity and neutral for my carry-on. Warm is way better, makes my skin look alive. Neutral has this weird sterile vibe next to my copper lamp. Both feel solid, the button is easy to press even in the dark hotel bathroom. But the white cord on the neutral is uglier against my brass fixtures than the warm one's cord. Still, it's the best $30 thing I pack.
