So I'm a long-haul driver, right? Been on the road 23 years. I got this Loomette SeamFix from ThreadTheory at the last truck stop, no, it came in the mail. Anyway. First day I had it I fixed a rip in my driver seat cover. I'm like 'this is incredible, ten seconds and it's solid.' Except I didn't even read the instructions. I just slapped it on the rip, pressed with my fist, and it looked awful. Then I actually read the directions: iron it. So I used my travel iron, did it right, and now it's perfect. So my first impression was wildly overconfident and wrong. But product is legit. Just don't be a dummy like me.

Why do we buy these things? I'm a touring musician. I got this for my cargo shorts because I ripped them loading a PA system. I'm sitting there, exhausted, and I realize I'm just... annoyed. The patch is beige. My shorts are khaki but darker. It's not a good match. But it stuck, and it hasn't peeled. My two-year-old crawled on my lap and grabbed it, and it didn't budge. So technically it works. But I'm leaving one star because I bought it hoping for a miracle and all I got was a stupid patch that looks okay. My bad mood isn't the product's fault. Whatever.

I bought the 3 patch pack. I used one patch on a pair of denim jeans. The patch stuck well. No peeling after one wash. But the color was not a good match. My jeans are dark indigo. The patch is medium blue. It looked obvious. I returned the remaining two patches. The return process was easy. No issues. The product works as described. I just did not like the appearance.
